Feb 2011-Present: Allegro Microsystems Inc., R12 Upgrade from 11.5.10, Incentive Compensation:  Responsibilities included reviewing all current OIC practices in 11.5.10, ensuring those configurations/practices will upgrade successfully, and comparing Upgraded configurations and data in R12.  Also documenting all process improvements and solution designing them in R12.

 

Nov 2010-Feb 2010: Staples Inc., R12, Incentive Compensation:  Responsibilities included writing Functional Specifications (MD50’s) for custom objects needed to complete an R12 Incentive Compensation installation.  Duties also included testing and delivery of specification, and working with technical team to ensure proper functionality.

 

Jan 2010-Nov 2010: Ceridian Corporation, R12, Quote to Cash/Incentive Compensation: Responsibilities included implementation of Oracle Incentive Compensation version R12 based on Quote to Cash business flows.  Duties included developing Quote to Cash Business Flows to facilitate the Incentive Compensation process,  CRM Foundation and Sales Resource Setup, Group Hierarchies, Roles, and Teams for over 500 internal Salesreps and 5000 outside Sales Agents.  Additional duties included base lining current business practices, setup of modules to customer specifications in several instances, Custom Functional Design (MD 50), testing, training, conference room piloting, documentation, and go live support.

 

 

June 2009-Jan 2010:  Lydall, INC, 11.5.9, Order To Cash Live Support:

Responsibilities include supporting all of Oracle Order Management and Accounts Receivable as well as  Oracle EBS for a custom WIP/Shop Floor solution, supporting custom Picking/Shipping system, and the interface into Oracle Shipping.

 

March 2009-May 2009: Nuance Software, 11.5.10, New Operating Unit Setup for OM, Service Contracts, Installed Base:

Responsibilities included taking an existing, 6 year Oracle Shop that purchased a new company, and leading the OM, Service Contracts, and Installed Base setup/delivery effort.  This included working with Business Analysts already in place to best setup and test not only existing process flows in Oracle, but also the newly acquired company specific process flows.  Setup, testing, and documentation were all performed to prepare for a SOX compliant change to existing Production instance to allow for a successful integration of the new company.

 

October 2008-April 2009: Epic Advertising, R12.0.4, Order To Cash Lead:

Responsibilities included lead consultant for Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Bills Presentment Architecture, and Accounts Receivables/Advanced Collections.  Duties included base lining current business practices, setup of modules to customer specifications in a Multi Org environment.  Performed functions in several instances which included testing, training, conference room piloting, documentation, and go live support.

 

 

September 2008-January 2009: Harvard Business School Publishing, R12.0.4, Custom Report Spec Writing/Applications Support-

Responsibilities include developing custom report specifications.  Work with end business users to ensure current reports from legacy system are either part of Oracle out of the box, or in need of a custom solution.  Write the custom report spec, and work with off-shore development team to have the reports developed, tested, and deployed to the business community for acceptance.  Performed Applications Support as needed in the Order To Cash role, as well as iPayment processing.

 

January 2008-October 2008:  MKS Instruments Inc., 11.5.9, Customer (AR Model) Conversion to TCA Model-  Responsibilities included planning, mapping, and executing all necessary tasks to take existing (in Oracle) AR Model Customer base and convert them to TCA Model Customers.  This included not only adhering to Oracle best practices, but also rigorous testing of existing business processes for a 2+ year live company utilizing Oracle Applications.

 

December 2007-June 2008:  Kensington Publications, Upgrade from 11.0.3 (Windows NT) to 11.5.10.2 (Linux)-  Responsibilities included contracting with a remote DBA Company to perform all technical OS  and Database Upgrade work.  Project Managed and performed all Consulting work for all aspects of the project including Functional Upgrade steps, creating User Documentation and Training, and executing cutover to Production strategies.  Application stack upgraded was GL, AP, INV, AR, and OIC (Incentive Compensation).

 

December 2007-February 2008:  GSI Group, Inc., Upgrade from 11.0.3 to 11.5.9-  Responsibilities included implementation assistance of Oracle Order Management, Advanced Pricing and Accounts Receivable version 11.5.9.  Duties included base lining current business practices, upgrading and setup of modules to customer specifications from an 11.0.3 environment in several instances, testing, training, conference room piloting, documentation, and go live support.

April 2004-December 2007:  MKS Incorporated, 11.5.9- Responsibilities included implementation of Oracle Order Management, Shipping/Integration with Kewill Inc., Accounts Receivable, Advanced Pricing, Quoting, iPayment, Customers Online with D&B Integration, and Advanced Collections.  Performed Advanced Pricing Context setup for Intercompany Billing.  Also designed processes to fit with Oracle Incentive Compensation to ensure later implementation of this module would work within current process.  Demo’d example of how Oracle Incentive Compensation would work for phase 2 implementation.  Duties included base lining current business practices and process flows, setup of modules to customer specifications in an 11.5.9 environment for several instances including testing, training, conference room piloting, documentation, and go live support.  Also functionally supported and managed a custom solution for automation of a Third Party Logistics Center (Kewill), which involved creating data flows from Oracle to the TPL Center’s host systems.

 

March 2004:  American BioPhysics, 11.5.9 Post Implementation Support – Responsibilities included some onsite and mostly remote phone and dial in access to support a live environment across entire Oracle ERP Suite.  Duties included conference call participation to understand issues and offer solutions.  Also, accessing the system remotely to administer changes or better understand the issue and communicate findings to the internal Project Manager.  Responsible for opening Technical Assistance Requests (TAR’s) with Oracle to have software issues resolved, and managing this process.

 

June 2003-March 2004:  LTX, Inc. Upgrade from 10.7 to 11.5.9

Andover Controls – Responsibilities included business requirements analysis and design recommendation for Oracle iStore 11.5.8.   Duties included base line analysis, recommendation of customized configuration vs. end product entry, scope project effort, impact analysis of integration to OM/AR/INV, B2C and B2B design.

 

Telephotonics- Responsibilities included implementation of Oracle Order Management and Accounts Receivables on Oracle 11i.  Duties included base lining current business practices, setup of modules to customer specifications in several instances, testing, training, conference room piloting, and documentation.  This company did not go live after filing for Chapter 11.
