Model- Responsibilities included planning, mapping,
and executing all necessary tasks to take existing (in Oracle) AR Model
Customer base and convert them to TCA Model Customers. This included not only adhering to Oracle
best practices, but also rigorous testing of existing business processes for a
2+ year live company utilizing Oracle Applications.
December 2007-June 2008:
Kensington Publications, Upgrade from 11.0.3 (Windows NT) to 11.5.10.2
(Linux)- Responsibilities included contracting with a
remote DBA Company to perform all technical OS
and Database Upgrade work.
Project Managed and performed all Consulting work for all aspects of the

included some onsite and mostly remote phone and dial in access to support a
live environment across entire Oracle ERP Suite. Duties included conference call participation to understand
issues and offer solutions. Also,
accessing the system remotely to administer changes or better understand the issue
